Finnish Lapponian Dog
The Finnish Lapphund is a very balanced, friendly, happy and social dog. They are intelligent, inquisitive, energetic dogs that enjoy working for their owners. They are courageous and loyal and affectionate to their families.
They are usually very tolerant towards children and get along well with other pets.
Lapinporokoira
The Lapinporokoira is a friendly and well-balanced dog that is strongly attached to its owner, but at the same time retains its own identity and independence.
It is a working dog that prefers to work with its owner. They are social with children and pets and get along well with other dogs, although the males can be a bit overbearing.
Icelandic Sheepdog
The Icelandic Dog is a happy, friendly, social, intelligent and eager to learn dog. Balanced and stable, courageous and tireless. They are tolerant towards children and get along well with other pets . They are very affectionate towards their owners and want to be part of the family. They are not dogs to be left alone or put in a kennel often. They are very considerate of their environment and very watchful. Known or unknown visitors are announced loudly, but friendly.
Norwegian Buhund
The Norwegian Buhund is an intelligent and strong dog, who is active and tireless outside but is usually calm inside the house. They are cheerful, uncomplicated, brave and confident. They are very attached to their owner and family and are very good with children, dogs and pets. They are alert and watchful and like to bark, but are not defenders.
Swedish Lapphund
The Swedish Lapphund is loyal, brave and intelligent. He has a great will-to-please and is an excellent working dog, but can also be fairly stubborn.
He is friendly and very devoted to his owner and children and likes to participate in family activities. From his past as a reindeer herder, he is alert and likes to bark.
Swedish Vallhund
The Swedisch Vallhund is alert, active, willing to work and eager to learn. These dogs are attached to their owner and loyal to their family. They are very social and patient with children and can be socialized with other pets. They are confident, courageous dogs, guarding and defending their family and home.
