Norwegian Buhund

The Norwegian Buhund is an intelligent and strong dog, who is active and tireless outside but is usually calm inside the house. They are cheerful, uncomplicated, brave and confident. They are very attached to their owner and family and are very good with children, dogs and pets. They are alert and watchful and like to bark, but are not defenders.

The coat is fairly easy to care for. Brushing now and then is sufficient. During the moulting period, the loose under and top coat must be removed.
