Lapponian Herder

The Lapinporokoira is a friendly and well-balanced dog that is strongly attached to its owner, but at the same time retains its own identity and independence.

It is a working dog that prefers to work with its owner. They are social with children and pets and get along well with other dogs, although the males can be a bit overbearing.

This dog's coat doesn't need that much grooming. During the moulting period it is sufficient if you brush it regularly. Keep the nails short.
